My name is Angel, and I am an attorney dedicated to providing compassionate legal support. I earned my law degree from Ateneo School of Law in the Philippines, graduating with honors, and I was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2008. In 2012, I relocated to the Bay Area, where I successfully passed the California Bar in 2013.

In the early years of my legal career in California, I volunteered at domestic violence clinics, fueled by my passion for helping underprivileged individuals. I served as a contract attorney for Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach and took on the role of interim director at their San Mateo Domestic Violence Clinic. These experiences revealed the critical intersections between family law and immigration status, shaping my unique practice focus.

Today, I specialize in the complex overlap between California family law and federal immigration law. Whether helping clients navigate divorce while protecting their immigration status, drafting prenuptial agreements for K-1 visa couples, or securing VAWA protections for domestic violence survivors, I understand how deeply these two areas of law intertwine.
